Newly renovated, this 100 sqm warehouse studio space is located conveniently in the industrial precinct of Brookvale on Sydney’s Northern Beaches just behind Warringah Mall Westfield and is only 15 minutes from Manly.
Very easy and convenient access, the space is located on the ground floor of a small warehouse complex and has a large motorised roller door access via a driveway. The studio works very well for both stills and motion shoots alike and has been purposely fit out for food and product shoots. Parking is available on-site and on the street.
The space is available for hire for full day $700 ex GST or half day $400 ex GST.
