How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free in Australia and $19.90 AUD worldwide.

Where do you ship?

We ship worldwide from our studio in Sydney, Australia.

All orders are shipped via Australia Post using a registered/tracked service. Signatures are required upon delivery, for this reason it is important that your shipping address is one where somebody is available to sign for your parcel in person.

Prints are professionally packaged with utmost care, individually hand wrapped and shipped in sturdy cardboard tubes. Personal Size print orders are packaged in a double layer of boxes.

A tracking number will be provided to you by email once your order has shipped. You can use this number to check the progress of your delivery on the Australia Post website.

How long do you take to complete an order?

As all orders are custom printed, it takes approximately ten business days from confirmation of order to shipping of your print.

How long will it take for me to receive my order once it has shipped?

Domestic delivery times are 2-6 business days in metro areas. Please allow up to 12 business days for delivery to rural areas depending on your location.

International delivery times are 7-10 business days between metropolitan areas of major cities. Please note that some countries may hold items for inspection or charge extra customs duty charges before final delivery. We can’t be held responsible for any extra fees charged by local customs.

How do you accept payment?

We accept payment by Paypal for all customers. Afterpay is also offered to Australian customers only.

What size prints do you offer?

We offer a range of five different sizes: two smaller sizes that are open edition and three larger sizes that are limited edition. Please check individual print listings for exact number of editions. All prints are made on premium archival quality Hahnemüle fine art rag paper.

Can you do larger print sizes than the ones offered in the shop?

Yes we do custom sizes. Please email tanya@tanyazouev.com with details of the size that you require.

Can I order a print of an image that isn’t in your shop?

Yes. Any image belonging to Tanya Zouev Photography you see on our website or on any of our social media channels can be made into a custom print.

What exactly does open edition or limited edition mean?

A limited edition print run is only available in a limited quantity. An open edition print run has no limit. All of our prints are signed, the limited edition prints are numbered.

Can I purchase a framed print?

We are happy to offer Australian customers framing on a per-request basis. Please email tanya@tanyazouev.com with details of the image you would like, size and type of frame and we will respond with details.

Can I use your photographs to promote my business?

All images belonging to Tanya Zouev are available for syndication for specific business needs. For a quote please email tanya@tanyazouev.com with details of the image you would like to use, and where and how you would like to use it (brochure, website etc). All the work on this website is the intellectual property and copyright of Tanya Zouev Photography and use without permission is not allowed.

Returns

Please choose carefully as we do not give refunds if you change your mind or make the wrong decision. Prints are all custom made to your order and are not kept in stock. If a return is required due to an error in processing your order then we will happily pay all shipping costs.
